This is the name of the scholarship promoted and funded by ELFO, Rotary Fiorenzuola, and BCC EMILBANCA, aimed at newly graduated students from the provinces of Piacenza and Parma.

It is a tangible initiative demonstrating our commitment to enhancing the region by providing facilitated access to university studies for deserving students who do not enjoy a comfortable financial situation.

This project makes us proud and represents us; we consider ELFO a social player, a positive protagonist within our community, and the territory we are part of as a resource that helps us grow. For this reason, the scholarship we fund is a virtuous way to give back what we have received, supporting and encouraging students to cultivate and realize their passions. Moreover, it is a means to reward talent, promote equity, and inclusion.

Education, study, and professional growth are values we strongly believe in and strive to promote within the company. With this scholarship, we have the opportunity to do so outside of ELFO as well. Education is a true enabler that allows individuals to enter the workforce and become key players.
