An Investment in the Future
Supporting Local Healthcare
ELFO has made a major donation to the Maternity Ward of the Piacenza Local Health Authority (AUSL) for the acquisition of Super OB Susie—an advanced, high-fidelity medical simulator. This state-of-the-art tool allows delivery room staff to simulate and practice all childbirth procedures and complex obstetric-gynecological scenarios.
This technological investment will play a critical role in medical training and personnel preparedness, drastically enhancing team capabilities—particularly in managing high-risk emergency situations.

For two years running, ELFO has been supporting top-performing high school graduates from the provinces of Piacenza, Lodi, Pavia, and Parma. We provide comprehensive scholarships designed to cover tuition fees for both Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs, opening new horizons for the region’s brightest young minds.

This dedicated fund has been established to cover school and university expenses for the children of any colleague within the Group who should tragically experience the loss of a parent.
This initiative goes far beyond the traditional framework of employee welfare; it is a profound, tangible commitment designed to provide financial stability and show deep solidarity with our people when they face times of ultimate hardship.

Open-es
Open-es is the digital platform designed to measure, benchmark, and elevate ESG performance. It provides standardized metrics, a transparent evaluation model, and a guided path to help organizations achieve their sustainability targets.
To date, ELFO’s sustainability score significantly outperforms the industry average against our benchmark. However, we have no intention of standing still: our goal is to continuously improve, driving even higher standards of corporate sustainability.
A Day for Others
Silver Day 2025
For the first time, on the occasion of Silver Day, we stepped outside our daily routine with a shared desire to do something meaningful and impactful for several key non-profit organizations in our local community.
In truth, the exact opposite happened: thanks to their extraordinary welcome, dedication, and hard work, it was these organizations that gave us a priceless experience—one that deeply enriched and inspired every one of us.

We are proud to have shared such a meaningful day with all of them, and we return to our work more aware, inspired, and motivated than ever.
