One word we have chosen to include in our Vision and our Mission. “People at the centre” is a value that sets us apart, both internally and in the work, we do for our partners and clients.

We make this concept concrete, also considering the well-being of the people who choose to work and collaborate with us.

Smart working is certainly an important part of that development, but we believe that it should not be the only answer to balancing life and work. That is why we are working on so many other aspects and activating some services to improve the quality of life in the company, making our office a nice place that can meet the needs of every employee.
We want to improve our work environment by realizing one in which every employee can not only express themselves professionally, and feel welcomed and motivated, but also feel more comfortable and “pampered”.

A few days ago we have made free: coffee, tea, water, fresh fruit, package pick-up service and “in the mail for you” service, for all. To this, we’ve also added laundry service, the creation of new and modern co-working spaces and new more beautiful and comfortable chairs for each workstation.

Just to name a few of the new initiatives in these early months of the year!
