To make this real, it is essential to put everyone in the ideal conditions to work at their best. This can only be achieved through continuous interaction with each employee, to understand their needs; a goal that is not always simple and that can be pursued through effective initiatives.
To encourage communication at Elfo, we have organized lean coffees dedicated to the individual BUs, in which we are talking about the most varied topics, from strictly technical to organizational ones. These meetings are aiming to facilitate dialogue, allow everyone to express themselves and collect the needs to effectively stremaline the work. The intention is to create a place dedicated to active listening where everyone's opinion is respected, understood and taken seriously.
If it is true that the first step to develop a succesfull project is to listen carefully to our customers’ needs, then the same logic applies to those who have to develop those projects.
