Here we are at the end (after first and second part) of the cycle of posts on how we thought to reorganize the communication at the company.

 

We talked about tools. Now, we are talking about the phase on the whole company involvement in the change.

 

To give as much prominence as possible and find a nice connotation to this thing, we thought about a dedicated event, the Communication Day.

 

Playing on the similarity between communication day – communication way, they decided to create a climate that enabled the company members, properly guided by the Change Agents, to become familiar with the tools and their logics defined through leaflets, media supports and demonstration sessions.

 

After one month, results are cheering.

 

Q&A is now part of the daily work, allowing a faster circulation of solutions to everyday problems, keeping these solutions for future needs; the wiki goes on adding new pages, increasing the company know-how and yammer is increasingly growing contributing to our business evolution.
